Scholars Forum 2026 taking place this November in Canberra

Building on the success of the 2024 Forum themed “Working Together for a Gender‑Equal World”, this year’s event will once again bring together scholars from across the region to engage in dialogue, leadership exercises, and collaborative workshops.

The Forum will feature interactive workshops and peer‑led sessions that encourage participants to step into leadership roles and refine their skills as facilitators and convenors. A highlight will be the chance to meet DFAT leaders, who will share insights on Australia’s development priorities and the role of scholars in advancing regional partnerships. These exchanges will connect policy perspectives with scholars’ academic and professional journeys. Through panels and discussions, participants will explore how their studies can be transformed into practical contributions at home, particularly through Development Impact and Linkages Plans.

Alumni Learn & Network Series: Mindfulness and Multiple Intelligence for Professionals (Nepal)

Nepali alumni are invited to participate in the upcoming Alumni Learn & Network Series on ‘Mindfulness and Multiple Intelligence for Professionals’ taking place on 1 October 2026.

The series provides alumni with concise, practical professional development modules, offering a platform to build skills they can immediately apply in the workplace. Following each session, alumni also have the chance to connect and network with each other.

Our upcoming workshop is facilitated by Rajendra Manandhar, Mindfulness & Leadership Trainer, Nepal Speakers Bureau.
