Regional Alumni Workshop 2022
Leading and Inspiring Meaningful Change…
Change Leadership is the ability to influence and inspire action in others and respond with vision and agility during growth, disruption, or uncertainty to bring about the needed change.
The challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic – such as shifting to remote work arrangements, creative new and improving systems for service delivery, pivoting program approaches – highlighted the need for leaders to be effective at managing and inspiring change. Australia Awards alumni from South Asia & Mongolia have demonstrated their ability to lead and inspire change in their respective countries, sectors, and organisations.
We are calling Australia Awards alumni from Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka to share with us their success stories of leadership and change.
Up to 50 alumni leaders and change makers with the best success stories will be supported to attend the 2022 Regional Alumni Workshop (RAW) in Colombo, Sri Lanka in June 2022.
The RAW is a great opportunity for alumni and change makers to present their work, share their experiences and successes with fellow alumni formally and informally, and build and strengthen relevant professional networks across the region by establishing Communities of Practice. This extends the alumni experience beyond national boundaries and offers an enhanced professional development aspect to alumni engagement.
